Hepsia's File Manager allows you to handle your website content using simple point & click maneuvers. Right-click contextual menus offer fast access to different file management options, whereas handy drag-and-drop functionality will permit you to upload new files from your desktop PC in an instant. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to compress and unpack files with ease as well.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The integrated drag 'n' drop functionality will permit you to easily transfer files between your personal computer and the web hosting server. Simply select the file that you would like to upload from your personal computer and then drag it to your browser window. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your personal computer. Furthermore, you can download files and even folders to your disk drive by clicking the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager, you can create a brand new file or folder with only a single click of the mouse. All action buttons are conveniently located above the file/folder list and you can edit your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, view the contents of a file or edit its permissions, delete a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager, you will be able to pack and unarchive all types of files. It does work astonishingly fast - just select the files you wish to archive and click the Compress button. You can even select the archive file format (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract files from an archive to a selected directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager GUI, you really do not need any external software in order to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to see the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will actually appear on the web. Besides, you will find several integrated file editors, which will give you complete control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more competent users, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced users.
