Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you full command over your electronic mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your e-mail boxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email box accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just select the email mailbox you would like to forward mails from, then select the target mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else.
